If you operate a business, you are responsible to safely contain and legally dispose of all waste produced from your business. This is stated in the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and other related legislation, and is known as your commercial waste duty of care. You must:
keep waste to a minimum by doing everything you reasonably can to prevent, reuse, recycle or recover waste (in that order)
complete a waste transfer note for each load of waste that leaves your premises or site
check if your waste carrier is registered to dispose of waste
not allow the waste carrier to dispose of your waste illegally.

We accept elevator Waste, which can be dropped off by Elevator Companies or their Field Operatives. We apply the Waste Hierarchy to determine the most environmentally friendly route for dealing with the waste.
HAZARDOUS WASTE SERVICE
We can collect or receive the following Hazardous Waste streams, which are then sent for recycling in line with Government Regulations.
Hydraulic Oil Waste
Lubricating Oil Waste
Oil contaminated Rags/Slurry Waste
Oil Contaminated Cable Waste
Empty Oil Container Waste
Fluorescent Tube Waste.
ELECTRONIC TRANSFER NOTES
We have developed a ‘bespoke’ Mobile App. that provides an easy solution to legal requirement to produce multi-copy Waste Notes BEFORE the waste leaves your premises or site. The App. also ensures that the legal requirement to keep records of all Waste notes is dealt with electronically; rather that the age-old problem of having to store paper documents.
The waste hierarchy is a framework, which has been used in UK policy and legislation since the 1990s. The concept is simple, with waste prevention at the top of the waste hierarchy (the preferred option) and disposal at the bottom (the worst option). In between, in order of preference, is preparing for reuse, recycling and recovery.
