Can I access my goods anytime?

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 7.30am-4.30pm, we will need prior notification due to our strict health and safety guidelines and constant movement of vehicles and goods.

What areas do you cover?

We can arrange for goods to be delivered to most UK destinations as well as Ireland and we can also import your goods into the UK. Why not give us a call to discuss on 01322 626 551.

I don't have an EORI number

Contact our imports team at and they will be happy to guide you through the process as well as putting your mind at ease with any of your importing concerns.

What happens once my goods arrive?

Your shipment will be offloaded and handled with the upmost care, we will log and store the good(s) received on our system and a contact from our warehouse team will be in touch regarding the following process.

Can you store other goods?

Yes, contact our warehouse team on 01322 626 551 option 2 to discuss your options.

I don't know when my goods are arriving, can you quote for storage in the meantime?

Yes, we are here to discuss any potential business for your storage, distribution, imports or clearance needs. Make sure you speak to us to find out the best solution for your business.

Our site is not ready, can you store the good(s)?

We have 16,300sqm of warehouse space to store your goods. With 24 hour internal and external surveillance systems, your goods are in great hands for when your site is ready to receive. We are happy to discuss any options or concerns you may have.

What is customs clearance?

Customs clearance is a necessary procedure before goods can be imported or exported internationally. If a shipment is cleared, then the shipper will provide documentation confirming customs duties that are paid and the shipment can be processed. Speak to us to find out more.
